It all began in 1905, when Ferrante Tosini opened a village shop to offer customers his top-quality cured meats.

A few years later, his son Pio took over the shop and took a big step forward: he opened his first ham factory!

Here, time seems to have stood still at the moment when Mrs. Tosini, a skilled artist and craftswoman, hand-drew the three acorns, which have since become the brand’s legendary symbol.
